The Gluten-Free Trio are Peppy Scott (we're still old-fashioned enough to put the ladies first), David Smith, and David Todd.

Peppy & David (S) have been writing and performing together for several years, first under their own names and then as a BoGoF double-act featuring their poetry-loving alter-egos Pam Flitt & Ivor Folio.
They first met David (T) at a poetry slam, where he impressed them with both his laissez-faire attitude to the rules of the competition (no singing) and his musical prowess, as demonstrated on the home-made backing tapes used in his set.
It took them a while to track him down, but within a year they had his name and address and enough incriminating evidence to persuade him to join their merry troupe, and The Gluten-Free Trio was born.
