Jamie Bath-Oliver's Mockney Miscellany & Old Time Music Hall Singalong:

Though born and raised in Tunbridge Wells, Jamie Bath-Oliver was actually conceived in a flat in Camden following a Mark Lanegan gig at the Electric Ballroom. Given these London roots, Jamie feels more than qualified to host a traditional Cockney singalong, and while he eschews the customary garb of sequined titfer and pearly whistle in favour of skinny jeans and casual jacket he throws himself into the role with all the cheeky-chappy swagger and wide boy charm of a WW2 black market spiv.

Whether updating old classics for today's local audiences ("My old man's a broker", "A Velo Helvetica fixie for two", "Lamb tagine and carrots" etc) or presenting original numbers ("Parkrun polka", "Yummy mummies on parade" ...) Jamie works hard to ensure the East End authenticity of every gliss, trill and paradiddle he works into his repertoire.

Building his career on nothing more than the £500,000 open-ended loan he received from his parents and the interest on his trust fund, Jamie has worked tirelessly for over three months to assemble a collection of backing tracks to rival the live performance values of old troopers like Tom Carradine and Tommy "Cockles and Whelks and Quinoa" Dury. He presents these in a showcase finale to the Gluten-Free Trio's Carry on Regardless roadshow that takes audience participation to new heights as he mingles with the frenzied, sweat-soaked, knicker-throwing fans who come to scream at him.
